This is our absolute favorite beach restaurant in Malibu, and probably in all of Southern California.The food is scrumptous for sure, lots of delicious seafood and great California beach grubb.But the beach atmosphere here is awesome. We actually feel like we are on vacation when we are here. Bring your swimsuits and beach gear.We always eat on their outdoor dining terrace in the summer. The beach cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.During the tourist season, the weekends tend to be very busy, so we usually come here during the week.After labor day is also the best time to hang out here; the weather is still balmy and warm

The sound of the surf and the ocean view is wonderful.The seafood is great, and the beach location is hard to beat, and the service is friendly. This Malibu version of Duke's in Hawaii, has huge oceanfront windows that slides open. and a great outside deck, giving everyone fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. The restaurant is right on the water. The place has a nostalgic surfing atmosphere. The Duke's specializes in seafood, but the menu is varied with wonderful specialties, which is typical of all Malibu restaurants.You will like the Hawaiian menu items, they are great. My husband and I are frequent guests here. It's a great place to eat delicious food and enjoy the Southern California beach and ocean. Lunch Tuesday - Saturday. Dinner every night. Sunday Brunch.

The menu items are similar and so are the prices. But the sushi here is very special, and if you really love Japanese food, you might want to treat yourself to their outstanding sushi dishes.It's located next to the celebrity studded Malibu Colony, so bring you dark sunglasses for star gazing.
